24 ch. sound / 12 ch light installation and performance by Paul Modler (sounds) and Chris Ziegler (lights)
"neonson" forms a ballet of neon tubes which both emit variable light and sound.
Each tube takes the role of a sound player and a light dancer who is individually conducted
by an algorithmic composition and choreography which may interact with external performers.
neonson follows Tudors piece for light tubes with attached microphones and his rainforest-4 piece in which arbitrary things are
turned into sounding objects.
